Alexandrea Ashley, LMHP

Alexandrea is passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward meaningful change. She is committed to using empathy, understanding, and the belief that everyone has the capacity to grow to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their concerns and achieve their goals.

Alexandrea welcomes clients of all ages. She especially enjoys working with young adults, individuals experiencing life transitions, and new parents. She understands that these seasons of change can bring both uncertainty and growth, and she strives to provide compassionate, affirming support throughout the process.

Her therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy and compassion, and she utilizes a variety of modalities tailored to the unique needs of each person. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, and the Wellness Model. Alexandrea believes the therapeutic alliance—the connection between client and therapist—can be an impactful source of healing, and she prioritizes building a strong rapport based on trust and mutual respect.

Alexandrea is also certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and works with families to navigate challenges, strengthen connections, and manage stressors.

She is dedicated to helping clients improve their emotional resilience, develop practical coping strategies, and cultivate healthier relationships with themselves and others.
